Shipping & Returns 

Shipping Policy

We currently use USPS first class package service to deliver our blankets free of charge to the 50 United States. Shipping prices to Canada will be displayed at checkout. You will have the option to upgrade shipping to priority mail if you need your package delivered quicker than that offered by first class mail.

Most blankets are produced and shipped within 3-5 business days. Time in transit is an addition to this estimate. USPS delivery times vary depending on the service you select at checkout. USPS delivery times once your item ships are usually between 2-6 days during non holiday times, depending on your location.

Please note that once your item has shipped and is in the hands of the USPS, we cannot stop or redirect the package.
 

Please be sure to double check the delivery address before you finalize your order. Blankets returned or delivered to a wrong address due to incorrect addresses will incur a reship charge.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the personalized nature of the items Snugglz and Cuddlz sells. We cannot accept returns. The only exception would be if we accidentally misspell a name. In this case we will remake the item free of charge.


We make every effort to accurately represent each item as you will receive it. Please note that colors may vary across all digital platforms. Every computer screen, phone, or tablet may vary slightly in color representation.
