Frequently Asked Questions

  • How long will it take my item to ship?
    Most items are produced and shipped within 3-5 business days. Time in transit is an addition to this estimate. USPS delivery times vary depending on the service you select at checkout. USPS delivery times once your item ships are usually between 2-6 days to the lower 48 Unites States during non holiday times and depending on your location. Please note that once your item has shipped and is in the hands of the USPS, We cannot stop or redirect the package. We also have no control over the USPS's estimated versus actual delivery times. Be sure you have double checked your ship to address before you finalize your purchase. Items returned or delivered to a wrong address will incur a reship charge.
  • Do you offer expedited shipping?
    All blankets ordered with the Free Shipping option are delivered by the USPS using First Class Mail package delivery service. Usually in 2-6 days once shipped. At checkout, we offer the option to upgrade to Priority Mail 1-3 day delivery for $4.99 extra. Selecting this option does not mean your order will ship out earlier than the estimated processing time. It simply means we will place your order in a priority mailer that the USPS states will be delivered in 1-3 days versus 2-6 days using First Class Mail, depending on your location. We strongly encourage you to consider upgrading to Priority Shipping during the Christmas peak shipping season. First Class mail is notoriously slower than Priority Mail during the season.
  • Can I cancel or amend my order once it has been placed?
    We don't mind canceling or amending your order under certain circumstances. If we have not begun working on your order, you may request an amendment or cancellation. Begun working on your order means we have already embroidered your item. Once we have embroidered your item we have taken the time to design the embroidery file, cut out the fabric, cut and use embroidery stabilizers, and run the embroidery machines. Please bear in mind that we could begin working on your order immediately after it's placed. If you contact us after the embroidery process has begun, we cannot alter the embroidery, change thread colors, change fabric, or cancel / refund your order. Starting over will unfortunately incur a discounted repurchase charge.
  • The Post Office tracking says they delivered your blanket but it is not there?
    We rely on the Postal Service to deliver our packages to the address you have provided and within the time frame they say it should be there. Once we ship your item, we have no control over the shipping process from then on. If the Postal Service tracking shows the package as " delivered " to your address, we have to assume it has made it to you safely. In any case the USPS says your package has been delivered but it has not, you will need to contact the Post Master at your local post office so that they can look into it. Once the tracking status is "delivered", We are unable to get help from the Post Office on our end. Your Post office will be able to speak with the delivery driver and look at the geo tag from where it shows it was delivered. We will of course do all we can to help track down your order in these very rare cases.
  • My package is running late ( marked as in transit / arriving late ) What can you do?
    We exclusively use the US Postal Service to ship our packages First Class Mail unless you choose Priority Mail at checkout. This is the only economical way we can offer free shipping on all purchases in our shop. In most cases, First class mail takes between 2-6 days to be delivered once shipped, and priority mail takes 1-3 days based on your location. THE USPS IS EXPERIENCING UNPRECEDENTED PACKAGE INCREASES AND LIMITED EMPLOYEE AVAILABILITY DUE TO THE IMPACTS OF COVID-19. Unfortunately, we have no control of any delays once your order is shipped, but we are always available to give an update on your order's whereabouts via USPS tracking results.   • What if Snugglz and Cuddlz has a question concerning your order and are unable to contact you?
    There are occasions when a customer simply omits a piece of information we need to complete the order or leaves a request that we need to verify. In these cases, we may attempt to contact you via your provided contact information. Please check your spam or junk folders for emails from Snugglz And Cuddlz. We may attempt to contact you if you have not chosen a font, chosen an embroidery color, have questionable spelling, capitalization or grammar, or purchased a listing that does not correspond with the amount of embroidery you have asked for on your gift. In the event we cannot contact you concerning your order, we reserve the right to either refund your money or process your order using our best judgment of colors and fonts based on the listing you purchased.
  • Does Snugglz And Cuddlz Offer Wholesale Pricing?
    We do not currently offer wholesale pricing but we're happy to speak with you about large quantity orders. Please reach out to us via the Contact Page or Chat function and we'll be happy to help.
